After hearing how many of you like the blog name, it's really made me reconsider my feelings on the whole thing... maybe my blog name is cooler than I give it credit for? ...although I definitely don't like the idea that some of you think of a jail sentence because of my blog title! That's not good... lots to think about!
I've been doing some Googling, and I think I'm getting closer to figuring out how to change a blog name. I'm not 100% sure if the information I've found is reliable/correct though, so don't expect any changes anytime soon... or maybe ever since I might keep the name! (If I do find out though, I'll be sure to pass along the information since it seems like some of you have also been wondering how to do the same thing.)
Still, even though everything is up in the air, I thought it'd be fun to get some ideas about a possible name for the blog. If you were naming my blog right now, what would you call it?
Right now the best name I can think of is "Kate's World Of Crazy."
I know we can do better than that...
Well I am quite partial to "crazy" titles so I like Kate's World of Crazy. ;) Crazy is good. Except if you're staking ex-boyfriends every night. In person. Stalking them on Facebook is completely OK. You have my permission to do that because I may or may not like to FB stalk a train wreck every now and then too.
ReplyDeleteAnother blog name for you: "We Found Nemo!" Its a play on the Disney classic, "Finding Nemo". Maybe? Ok, probably to the greatest title, but that's all I gots.

ReplyDeleteI think 26 to DONE sounds like a good name - I also like 4 Hands/6 paws....I am terrible at coming up with names for blogs though. People ask me what mine means all the time...
ReplyDeleteBut now that I think about it....I still really like "26 to Life" - it's a progression of where you started and it can transition throughout your life...if you hate it, change it, but don't feel like you have to change it on account of your readers - we like you, as Billy Joel said, "just the way you are!"
ReplyDeleteNope, don't like 26 to Done. For some reason that doesn't at all have the same catchy sound to it as 26 to Life. But I do like Roberta's idea! And I love how your dogs pile on top of one another, so possibly something like Piles of Paws and Projects? (only better) I should add the disclaimer that I have been wanting to do another blog (one that wouldn't be limited to only pets), and for six months have been stewing on a possible name. I've had about a hundred different ideas but nothing has stuck yet - or it's already "taken." I am so mad at all the people out there in the world who decided to start a blog and maintained it for about ONE DAY, yet they have their catchy blog title/address locked up for all eternity. Anyway, considering how long this is taking me, I'm probably not the one to ask about blog names, lol!
ReplyDeleteHa, thanks Brenda! I know how you feel about blog names being taken - seems like they should have to give up the name after being inactive for awhile right? I think you could branch out and do other topics with your current name now, the other topics would just fall under "other nice things" :)
