DIG It: A Dining Room Facelift @ Pennywise Palace

This dining room makeover at Pennywise Palace is a great example of how a little paint can make a big difference. Queen P and King Penny have just bought their forever house and have been working on making it their own ever since. Queen P writes:

We've been living out of boxes, stepping over boxes and folding up boxes for a bit now. We weren't exactly planning on our dining room being the first room to be 'finished' but lo and behold, it is! The paint was all it took to get us on a roll.

What a great space to have ready. We have been eating dinner in there every evening. It's the perfect room to gather in and we're super happy with it.

A lotta painting, a little money spent and we now have one room (out of oh-so-many) to feel relaxed and happy in. YAY!!

When they first moved into their home, their dining room looked like this:



Not bad, but it could use a little personality right? A bold new paint color and a new pendant light later and they now have this gorgeous room to call their own:



It looks completely different doesn't it? Amazing what a paint job can do to a room. I love how they went bold with the color choice, it's so dramatic! And those little vases being used as centerpieces? Love them!
