I have a new goal. I'm going to log 1000 miles. I can get there however I want - run, walk, bike, whatever - I just have to get there.
It's a pretty ambitious goal. I'm committing myself to 500 miles a year for two years. That's just under 1.5 miles a day. I think I can do it though. And I'm confident that as I get stronger, I'll be able to go farther and longer. For now though, I'm starting off slow. Very slow.

To track my progress I'm using Dailymile. They have a handy widget that I've posted on the blog, so there's no hiding my progress. I also like that dailymile let's me track my weight lifting workouts (I'm still doing the New Rules routine). My workouts will also be posted to my twitter feed, so if you're on twitter you'll see them posted there.

Anyone else on dailymile? Do you use a program to track your workouts?
I love dailymile, my facebook and twitter friends not so much :)
